With a structure and internal tank entirely made of stainless steel 304, with no plastic parts, the P-2 MAX is a powerful and durable machine. It reaches -32°C / -25.6°F, allowing for the rapid freezing of the base mix in about 20 minutes.

Functioning
To start production, simply turn on the machine and wait approximately 2.5 hours. After this time, the temperature will reach -32°C / -25.6°F, and you will be able to insert the molds to begin production. The liquid used to cool the molds is either ethyl alcohol with over 92% purity or propylene glycol.
The machine features a churning system that agitates the liquid, enhancing the cooling of the molds in less time. It has the capacity for 3 molds with 22, 24, or 28 cavities each, or 2 molds with 26 cavities each for making popsicles.
