Functioning
To produce, simply turn on the machine and wait approximately 80 minutes. After this time, the temperature will reach -25°C, and it will be possible to insert the molds to begin production. The liquid used to cool the molds is either ethyl alcohol with over 92% purity or propylene glycol.
The machine features a churning system that agitates the liquid, enhancing the cooling of the molds in a shorter time. It has the capacity for 8 molds with 26 cavities each or 12 molds with 22, 24, or 28 cavities for making popsicles.
