Functioning
To produce, simply turn on the machine and wait approximately 80 minutes. After this time, the temperature will reach -25°C, and it will be possible to insert the molds to begin production. The liquid used to cool the molds is either ethyl alcohol with over 92% purity or propylene glycol.
The machine features a churning system that agitates the liquid, enhancing the cooling of the molds in a shorter time. It has the capacity for 10 molds with 22, 24, or 28 cavities each for making popsicles. Please check with FORTFRIO for the permitted models before purchasing the equipment.
