Model machine V-5 Açaí Style the model machine is semi-automatic, produces creamy ice cream, and dispenses it through a manual valve. The mixer is automatic, using polyethylene paddles, and it is one of the few ice cream machines that allows the addition of extra ingredients such as chunks, fruits, sugars, syrups, etc. The model comes with a digital panel and wheels to facilitate mobility. One of the machine's features is that it does not use alcohol in its ice cream production process. V-5 Açaí Style It features an alert function that sounds when the ice cream is ready. The ice cream is dispensed from the bottom of the bowl, and after removal from the machine, it must be placed in the freezer for at least 4 hours to complete the freezing process. It is mandatory to perform cleaning with the equipment turned off to avoid accidents. The capacity of the machine's tanks must be respected to ensure proper care of the equipment and the quality of the final product. The capacity must not be exceeded.
